Weihenstephan

Nulla riuscirà a ristorarvi meglio di questa birra di frumento naturalmente torbida e dall’affascinante sapore di lievito fresco. Si abbina perfettamente a pietanze leggere, dal gusto delicato, e soprattutto ai rinomati “Weisswürstel” (Würstel di vitello bianchi)

Particular characteristics:
Questa specialità birraria, naturalmente torbida, perchè infustata direttamente dal tank di maturazione e quindi non filtrata e non pastorizzata, sorprende l’attento appassionato di birra con il suo sapore pieno, corposo e con un retrogusto morbido che invita a berne un altro sorso!
Glasses:
Calice in vetro cristallino con una coppa a base molto ampia, squadrata che si restringe verso l’alto per convogliare al massimo l’aroma

Sixtus
The dark double malt beer, with its unique taste in its kind.
Taste:
Velvety with a marked note of malt, with a light taste of toasted and spiced caramel.
Particular characteristics:
This Forst double malt beer is well-known and appreciated. It has a caramelized taste due to its very special malt and a specific production process. From the first sip of this beer you feel a strong and unforgettable sensation of fulfillment, its dark color and the delicate hop taste remind the original strong beers and the monastery traditional beer art.
Glasses:
An elegant hyacinth shaped glass, with a cylindric form, bottleneck and the flared top elate the aromatic intensity. The neck of the hyacinth holds the beer foam and allows the flavor spread.

Intense perfume of toasted malt, with a delicate taste of hop.

Heller Bock
Double malt with a fruity and malted aftertaste
Taste:
Full, well structured.
Particular characteristics:
This beer is conceived through an original production system using two mixtures and it is fermented in classical mode. This beer ripens in the Forst traditional double malt beer cellar. The result is a fantastic harmony between malt and hop; this double malt beer has a very marked taste but at the same time a very elegant taste. The aftertaste is characterized by light malted and a very fruity taste.
Glasses:
A cylindric “tozzola” with handle. Smooth glass with carved glass on the bases; it is one of the most classic beer glasses designed to contain the beer cream foam.

Kronen
Round and bodied taste, and refreshing
Taste:
Round and slightly bitter.
Particular characteristics:
It is a special beer, it has a full and malt aromatic flavor, a golden yellow color and a light mark of hop. In the aftertaste, you feel a light herb flavor with and a sweet memory on the lips that induce you to resavor this beer. This ancient beer represents the satisfaction of every expectation of the real beer connoisseur.
Glasses:
A thin and smooth glass tapered chalice allows the foam to raise, but not to overflow.

VIP Pils
One of the best beers from Pils typology
Taste:
Very dry and fresh taste, with refined mark of bitter.
Particular characteristics:
Thanks to an esteemed aromatic malt and a particular fermentation process, you feel a particular and so exciting malt. The fresh and a soft sensation of a bitter taste on the palate, with a delicate elegant taste and a compact foam characterize one of the best beers from Pils typology.

A flute glass. The conical, strict, washy and slim shape preserve the beer vivacity.

Taste:
Note armoniose di malto, gradevolmente beverina
Particular characteristics:
Questa birra dal corpo pieno e strutturato colpisce per i suoi richiami di miele di acacia ed il sentore di luppolo che la rende insostituibile compagna di abbinamenti gastronomici sapidi. Una birra a bassa fermentazione dal colore oro chiaro, perfetto abbinamento a cibi tradizionali.
Glasses:
Una “tozzola” cilindrica con manico. In vetro liscio, lavorato alla base, uno tra i più classici bicchieri da birra studiato per contenerne la schiuma cremosa
